Meet Steve Brock
Brock Built’s founder, Steve Brock, brings over 40 years of home building experience to the marketplace. To date, Steve has built over 3,000 homes homes, creating innovative and comfortable places to live in Atlanta—and beyond.
Our goal is to enrich the lives we touch by helping our buyers achieve their dreams through homeownership,” explains Steve.
Steve serves as a Life Director on the Board of Directors for the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association, and has been named “Builder at Large.”

Brock Built Orientation
At the orientation walk for your new Brock Built home, we’ll provide you with an Orientation Binder that contains a maintenance manual offered by the Quality Builders Warranty Company to help you with preventative maintenance in and around your home. This binder will also contain contact information for general inquires and emergencies.
Courtesy Walk
Approximately eleven months after your home purchase, you can contact our office to set up a courtesy walk. In this walk, we’ll review and correct any warrantable issues you may have.
Emergencies
If you have a problem or concern in your new home that is an emergency situation, follow the procedures as explained by your builder and as outlined in your Orientation Binder. An emergency would constitute a safety hazard to your family or a situation that would cause further damage to your home. Your safety is our priority, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Nearly 11,000 individuals are homeless in Georgia. One in five of those individuals is a child. Our House is changing that, and we’re here to help as a proud sponsor and Corporate Ambassador of Wheels4Walls: an annual Our House event that raises funds and awareness for families experiencing homelessness.
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
In an effort to pay tribute and bring hope to people battling cancer, Brock Built Homes has partnered with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to support its mission of curing blood cancer and improving the quality of life for patients and their families. Since its inception, LLS has funded over $1 billion in blood cancer research.
West Atlanta Business Alliance (WABA)
We partnered with WABA because of our like-minded missions of cultivating vibrant communities. This organization is focused on creating “a robust level of economic vitality on Atlanta’s Westside” by building relationships among local government and business owners.
Groundwork Atlanta
This nonprofit is focused on sustained regeneration, improvement, and management of the physical environment by developing community-based partnerships. The ultimate goal? Empowering people, businesses, and organizations to promote environmental, economic, and social well-being.
City of Refuge
Everyone needs a safe place to call home. We partnered with City of Refuge, a faith-based organization, to help individuals and families transition out of crises by providing necessities like food, housing, emergency healthcare, education, job training, and more.
Rebuilding Atlanta
This nonprofit is focused on safe and healthy housing and is leading the efforts in the Atlanta community to help low-income senior and veteran homeowners age safely in place.
